– Kettlebell Snatch (70/53)
– Toes to Bar

– 800 Meter Run (45/35)

***Looking for a challenging weight on the Kettlebell today, something athletes know they will complete the first 15-12-9 repetitions unbroken. Toes to Bar can be modified to Knees to Chest.

Additional Conditioning:
1. Push Press
– 5×5 @ 70%

2. Gymnastics Conditioning
3 Sets* of:
5 Strict C2B
5 Kipping pull ups
5 Bar MU
rest as needed between sets
*the goal is to complete the entire giant-set without coming off the bar
