WOD:
With a 12 Min Running Clock:
– Minutes 0-4 – 50 Wall Balls (20/14) + 5 Rope Climbs
– Minutes 4-8 – 40 Wall Balls + 4 Rope Climbs
– Minutes 8-12 – 30 Wall Balls + 3 Rope Climbs

B. For Time:
– 30 Pullups
– 10 Front Squats (70% 1RM C&J)
