– Push Press
(8 minutes total, alternating movements)

WOD: Partner WOD – Teams of 2 – 2 Rounds for Time:
– 1000m Row
– 100 Air Squats
– 80 Situps
– 60 Pushups
– 40 Pullups

BONUS: EACH BURPEE DONE BY “RESTING” PARTNER REDUCES TOTAL TIME BY 1 SECOND

**Reps must divided equally
