– Minute 2 – 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
– Minute 3 – 10 Deadlifts (185/135)
– Minute 4 – 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
– Minute 5 – 10 Ring Dips
– Minute 6 – Rest
