A. 5×3 Clean and Jerk at 75% – no TnG
B. 5×5 Front Squat at 75%
C. 5 rounds NOT for time of:
– Max Push Press (Bodyweight) or Scale to roughly 75%
– Max Strict TTB
**No rest between movements, Rest 1-3 minutes between rounds
