A. Every 5 minutes for 15 minutes (3 sets) for individual times:
– 40 Cal Row (Comp 40 Bike)

B. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets):
– Front Squat + Jerk @ 90-100% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk

C. AMRAP 10
– 4 HSPU
– 6 KB Swings
– 8 Goblet Squats
– 1 Rope Climb
– 50m Run
