A. Brenton: 5 Rounds for Time:
– 100ft Bear Crawl
– 100ft Broad Jump
**Every 5 Broad Jumps do 3 Burpees
** Wearing 25# vest

B. EMOM 12 Minutes:
– 3 Box Jumps (24/20)
– 3 Power Snatch (AHAP)
– 3 Chest to Bar Pullups
