A. Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes:
– 2 Squat Snatches @ 75-80% (do not have to be touch and go)

B. Three rounds for time of:
– 800m Run (comp 1000m Row)
– 15 ring push ups (Comp Bench Press Male=BW, Female=.75 Bodyweight)
