– 300 Run or 30 Calorie row
– 3 Rope Climbs
– 21 Front Squats (135/95)
– 200m Run or 20 Calorie Row
– 2 Rope Climbs
– 15 Front Squats (135/95)
– 10 Calorie Row
– 1 Rope Climb
– 9 Front Squats (135/95)

C. Tabata AM Sit ups
– can do weighted if you want
