Today you will have 3 different scores. Time it takes to finish all 60 reps of each movement (including the minute rests after each weight). Make sure to mark your finishing weight for each moment. 3 Min rest between Back Squat to Push Press then to Hang PC. All 20 reps do not have to be unbroken, but there are no racks so you have to clean it up each time. 1 bar with weight added as you move on.
 
A. Back Squat Conditioning (for time)
– 20 Back Squats (95/65) (155/105)
– 20 Back Squat (135/95) (185/135)
– 20 Back Squats (165/115) (225/155)
*No Racks. 1 Bar. Rest 1 minute after completing each weight

B. Press Conditioning
– 20 Push Press (75/55) (135/95)
– 20 Push Press (95/65) (155/105)
– 20 Push Press (125/85) (185/135)
