– 2 x @70%
– 1x @ 75%
– 1 x @ 80%
The Every 90 seconds for 7:30
– 1 x 85%
– 1 x 85-90%
– 1 x 90+%
– 1 x 90+%
– 1 x 90+%

B. Every 90 seconds, for 9 minutes (6 sets):
– Split Jerk x 1 rep @ 80-90%

C. Every 3 minutes for 3 Rounds:
– 400 Meter Run or Row
– Max Effort Wall Balls (20/14)
