– 15 Deadlifts (185/135) (Comp 275/185)
**Stagger if needed on rowers
 
Additional Accessory (if time allows or after class)
– 3×6 Back Rack Bulgarian Split Squats
– 3×20 Weighted Sit ups (feet anchored)
– 3×6 Single leg Front Rack Step ups
