A. 12 Minutes to find 1RM Snatch
 
B. 12 Minutes to find 1RM Clean and Jerk
 
C. EMOM 10
– 5 Front Sqauts for max load (From Ground)
– 10 HSPU – do as many as possible strict
 
**If you can’t complete all in the same minute then alternate minutes, so start with min 1 – 5 front squats, min 2 – 10 HSPU, Min 3 – 5 Front Squats, Min 4 – 10 HSPU……..
Olympic Lifts
