B. For Time: 15-12-9
– Hang Squat Clean (95/65)
– Burpee over bar

C. Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes (3 sets):
– 20 Walking Lunges with Kettlebells (53/25) (Comp 72/53)
– 10 Bent Over Double Arm Kettlebell Rows
