– 2 x 85%
– 2 x 90%
– 2 x 90%
**Rest 2 minutes between sets**

B. EMOM for 21 minutes:
– Minute 1 = 12 walking lunges (53/35) (Comp 72/53)
– Minute 2 = 8 burpee box jump overs (24/20)
– Minute 3 = 10 Toes to Bar
