– Power Clean + Front Squat + Clean
**Build in weight as you go

B. Three rounds for time:
– 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (72/53)
– 10 Box Jumps (30/24)
**Rest 2 minutes, and then…
For time:
– Row 500 Meters
– 50 Burpees Over Parallette
