WOD for 6/23

A. Every 90 seconds for 9 minutes (6 rounds)
– 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch
– 10 Slam Balls
**For Snatch build up to 85% of 1RM (Add weight each set)**

B. Every 8 minutes for 24 minutes:
– Run 600m (comp Row 1000m or run 800m)
– 20 burpees over the bar
– 20 push press (95/65)(Comp 115/75)
