A. EMOM 10
– Squat Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch
**Start at 65% of your 1RM and increase weight until you fail and then stay at that weight for the remaining rounds.

B. Every 6 minutes, for 24 minutes (4 sets) of:
– 400m run
– 10 Alternating KB Snatch (53/35) (Comp 72/53)
– Ring Dips (15 men/10 women) (comp 20/15)
– 200m run (comp 400m)
