– 4 Overhead Walking Lunge
– 3 Behind the neck Push Press

B. EMOM 6 Minutes:
– 1 Full Snatch (60% 1RM)
– 2 Overhead Squat
– 1 Full Snatch

C. 5 Rounds for time:
– 250m Row
– 15 Pull-ups
– 15 Wall Balls (20/14)
