– 10 Second Free Standing HS Hold (Or Wall)

B. For time
– 2x500m Row
*2 min rest in between

C. Four rounds for time of:
– 5 Power Snatch (95/65) (Comp 135/95)
– 10 Back-Racked Lunges
– 15 Burpees Over the Barbell
