A. – Accumulate 3 Minutes of a Handstand Hold
– each time you drop, must run 200m

B. Every 6 Minutes for 24 Minutes (4 sets)
– Row 500m
– 2 rope climbs (comp Legless)
– 4 x 40 ft Bear Crawl (Comp 40ft HS Walk)
**(40ft = 1 length of pull up rig)
