A. Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes (8 sets):
– 4-Stop Halting Clean Deadlift + Hang Clean
(Pause for 2 seconds at – 2″ off the floor, mid knee, mid thigh, “pockets” – then stand fully. Then perform 1 low hang clean)
**Add weight as you go

B. For time:
– 75 Double Unders (Scale: 75 speed steps)
– 50 Wall Balls (20/12 lbs)
– 25 Burpees
– 50 Wall Balls
– 75 Double Unders
