A. Back Squat
– 5×5 (increase weight each round)

B. For Time: The Seven (30 min cap)
Seven Rounds For Time of:
– 7 Handstand push-ups
-7 Thrusters (95/65) (Comp 135/95)
-7 Knees to Elbows
-7 Deadlifts (185/125) (Comp 245/175)
-7 Burpees
-7 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) ( Comp 72/53)
-7 Pull-ups

**Scale as needed to fit into the 30 minute cap. Scale to less rounds or less rounds and reps per round. Since you’ll need 2 bars, just get a partner and stagger and use the bars when needed.
