– Power Clean + Front Squat + Sq. Clean

B. 3 Rounds for time of:
– Row 500m
– 5 Ground to Overhead (135/95) (Comp 185/130)
– 5 Bar Muscle-Ups (Scale to 10 pull ups/10 dips)
– 10 HSPU (Comp Strict)
**Rest 2 minutes between Rounds**
