A. E2MOM 8 Minutes:
– 7 Front Squat (60% 1RM)

B. Grace: For Time
– 30 Clean and Jerks for Time (135/95)or(95/65)or(65/35)

C. Every 4 minutes, for 12 minutes (3 sets):
– Run 400 Meters
– 5 Pull Up (Comp C2B)
– 10 Push Ups
– 15 Air Squats
