– 3 Back Squat (80% 1RM)

B. Diane: 21-15-9 (12 Min Cap)
– Deadlift (225/155)
– Handstand Pushups

C. 3 rounds of 3 min to complete:
– 200m run
– 10 Pull-Ups
– 12 Box jumps (24/20)
*Rest 1 minute between each round
**Score is your slowest round
