A. Tabata Kettlebell Swings (53/35) and Air Squats
– Alternate Movements for 8 minutes

B. 10 x 1 minute rounds of:
– 2 squat clean thrusters (115/80)(comp 185/125)
– 6x30ft shuttle run
– ME burpees
**Rest 1 minute after each round**
