A. Warm Up – 3 Rounds
– 2 laps around gym
– 15 Second L-Sit Hold on Rig (Or Dead hang)
– 20 step OH walking lunge
 
B. For Time:
9-6-3 deadlift (185/125)
400m Run
 
C. 2 RFT:
– 20 Pull ups
– 30 Push ups
– 40 Situps
– 50 Squats
