A. 20 Min to find heavy Snatch

B. 3 Rounds for time:
– 5 MU (scale to 7 PU/7 Dips)
– 10 Power Snatch (at 70% of today’s heavy single)
– 25 Box Jumps (24/20)

C. Gymnastics (not for time)
– 6×5 HSPU
*goal is to hit constant sets of 5 reps
