– 3 Bar Muscle Ups

Scaled – AMRAP 7
– 10 Snatch (45/25)
– 5 Jumping C2B Pull ups (Head is 6in under the bar)

**TIE BREAKER: the time you complete your last full round**

Optional WOD if you are doing RX and don’t get any MU, or if you want to do more than a 7 minute workout and there’s time in class.
