– 1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Sq Clean + 1 Push Jerk (Start at 70% of 1RM and add weight throughout)

B. EMOM 8:
– Even 10 T2B
– Odd 10 Thruster (95/65)

C. 3 RFT:
– Row 500m (Run 400m)
– 12 Burpees
– 21 Box Jumps (24/20)
