A. Overhead Squat
– 5 @ 50 (2 sec pause in bottom)
– 4 @ 60 (2 sec pause in bottom)
– 3 @ 70 (2 sec pause in bottom)
– Then 5 x 2 @ 70+ (no pause)
 
B. For Time: 30-20-10
– Double Unders
– KBS (53/35)
– Box Jump (24/20)
 
C. 4 laps around gym with KB or DB (53/35)
– Short Distances (Wall ball wall towards kitchen) Lunging w/ KB, long distance (garage door to front boards) Farmer Carry
