A. EMOM 10:
– 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Sq Clean + 1 Jerk
**start at 60% of 1RM Clean and Jerk and add weight each round

B. For Time: 4 Rounds
– 200m Run
– 8 Push Press (115/80) (Comp 135/100)
– 6 Front Squat
– 4 Hang Power Clean
– 2 Deadlift
