A. Back Squat
5 @ 40 (2 sec pause in bottom)
4 @ 50 (2 sec pause in bottom)
3 @ 60 (2 sec pause in bottom)
Then 5 x 2 @ 65 (no pause)

B. AMRAP 10:
– 3 Muscle Up (Scale to 6 Ring row/6 Dips)
– 5 Power Clean (135/95) (Comp 165/115)
– 7 Pull Ups (Comp C2B)
– 9 Burpee
– 30 Double Unders

C. Turkish GetUps
– 3×2 (1 each side)
*Increase weight then work to a heavy 1 rep with KB or Barbell
