CrossFit Games 17.1 (20 min cap)
– 10 DB Snatches (50/35) (Scaled is 35/20)
– 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20) (Scaled 20 / step ups allowed)
Score is total time to compete. If you don’t complete it in 20 minutes your score is your total reps. You must note your time after each set of 15 Box Jump overs to use as a tie breaker.
– Taken from the ground to overhead
– Must be locked out at the top (arms, hips, knees) with DB over midline of body at the top for rep to count.
– Must alternate each rep.
– DB Must touch the ground with both sides to start the rep. Cannot touch one side or bounce.
– Can touch top of box or clear it completely. Can step down off the box.
– Rep counts when you land on the other side of the box
– You do not need to fully extend on the top of the box.
