WOD for 2/17

A. Open WOD 15.2 – Every 3 Min for as long as possible
**MIn 0-3:00
– 2 Rounds of 10 OHS (95/65) and 10 C2B Pull Ups
**Min 3-6
– 2 Rounds of 12 OHS and 12 C2B Pull Ups
**Min 6-9
– 2 rounds of 14 OHS and 14 C2B Pull Ups

To scale this WOD chose a weight you feel comfortable with for OHS. For Minutes 0-3 start with 2 rounds of 6 OHS and 6 Pull Ups or Ring Rows. The next 3 minutes go to 8/8, then 10/10, and so on. Scale as needed to get through at least 3 rounds.

B. EMOM 16
– Even Min Row 12/10 Cals (or 45 seconds)
– Odd Min – 3 Power Cleans (135/95)(Comp 185/125) + 5 HSPU
