Minute 1 – 3 Power Snatches @ 74%
Minute 2 – 2 Power Snatches @ 78%
Minute 3 – 1 Power Snatch @ 82%
Minute 4 – Rest

B. RX – AMRAP 13:
– 70 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
– 60 Wallballs (20/14)
– 50 Cal Row or Bike
– 40 HSPU

In this Open-style chipper workout, looking for athletes to choose a weight on the dumbbell that you are capable of completing 20+ repetitions unbroken. If you have no goals of competing in local competitors or the open, we suggest that you complete regular push-ups. The goal today is for every athlete to get to the handstand push-ups or push-ups. Stagger athletes by 4 Minutes if short on Rowers.
