– 5 reps @ 70%
– 4 reps @ 75%
– 3 reps @ 80%
– 2 reps @ 85%
– 1 reps @ 90+%
THEN
– 10 Reps at 65%

B. 5 Rounds for Time:
– 10 Jerks (115/80) (Comp 155/105)
– 10 Toes 2 Bar
– 10 Burpees

Additional Conditioning
– 3 x 20 Cal Row. 1:1 Work/Rest Ratio
– 3 x 30 second dead hang on bar by fingers, not palm over bar
– 3 x 10 GHD Sit Ups
– 3 x 10 Back Extensions on GHD
