– 1 Hang Snatch (above knee) + 1 Hang Snatch (below Knee)
**build in weight, but goal is to focus on form/technique
**Pause at each hang position for 2 seconds

C. For Time:
– 1 Mile Run or 2000m Row
– 50 Alternating Pistols
– 30 Hang Power Cleans (135/95) (Comp 225/155)
