Strength/Skill: EMOM 10
– 1 Power Clean
– 1 Hang Power Clean
– 1 Hang Squat Clean
**Work up to As Heavy as possible. Add weight when needed.

WOD: 3 Rounds for Time:
– 20 Pull Ups
– 30 Push Ups
– 40 Sit Ups
– 50 Air Squats
**Rest 2 minutes between rounds
