A. Shoulder to OH: Every 2 min on the 2 min
(goal is to go max effort on strict. Add weight then Round 2 strict as many as you can then finish with push press. Add weight then Round 3 start with push press and finish with push jerk. Final round 8 push jerk.
– 1 x 8 Strict press
– 1 x 8 Strict Press + Push Press
– 1 x 8 Push Press + Push Jerk
– 1 x 8 Push Jerk
 
B. Overhead Squat
– 5-4-3-2-1
 
C. 5 Rounds for Time:
– 10 Jerks (115/80) (Comp 155/105)
– 10 Toes 2 Bar
– 10 Burpees
