– Must demonstrate 5 unbroken strict pullups to work on Butterfly

WOD:
A. AMRAP 10 minutes:
– 10 Pushups
– 10 Situps
– 10 Air Squats

B.
5 Rounds for Time:
– 7 Box Jumps (24/20)
– 7 Push Press (135/95)
– 7 Burpees
