Strength/Skill: Every 2 Minutes on the Minute for 10 Minutes
– 6 Snatch Deadlifts (115/85)
– 4 Hang Power Snatch
– 2 Overhead Squat
– 5 Burpees

WOD: For Time:
– 4000# Back Squat
– 3000# Overhead Squat
– 2000# Push Press
– 1000# Snatch
**Must use one barbell with the same weight for all lifts.
