– 7 TnG Power Snatch @60-70%

B. AMRAP 10:
– 5 Shoulder to Overhead (115/85) (Comp 155/105)
– 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
– 15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)(Comp 72/53)

C. Beep Test – 20m Shuttle run test
