A. Baby Bull:
2 Rounds for Time:
– 100 DU’s
– 25 OH Squats (135/95)
– 25 Pull-ups
– 800m run

B. 4 Minutes – Max Effort squatting tuck jumps

WEEKEND INFO:
Saturday:
– Free class 10-11am
– We are canceling open gym so that we can send people to Front Range CrossFit for the Kevin Ogar Fundraiser. Cheez will be there from 12-2.
– We have 3 teams in the FrostFit Comp at CrossFit SOCO in colorado springs. Kara S/Kara M in the Female division and Renee/Rj and HotSauce/Someluckylady in the coed division.

Sunday:
– Olympic lifting/gymnastic seminar: 8-11am (registration full)
– Open Gym: 10-12. If you are showing up to open gym please be mindful that we will be finishing up the gymnastic portion of the seminar, so may be using rings and rig.
