Workout for 1/16

Strength/Skill:
– 5×3 Turkish Get-ups with Barbell, find 3RM

WOD:
3 Rounds for Time:
*2 min rest between rounds*
– 40 squats
– 30 ring pushups
– 10 Squat Cleans (115/90)

If you finish the WOD and time permits:
– 5 x 100m sprints
– Sprint to 100m mark, jog back, no rest
