– Sets 4-6 – 2 Power Clean
– Sets 7-9 – 1 Power Clean

B. 8-10 minutes to Build to today’s heavy single, and then…

C. EMOM 3 (3 sets):
– Halting Clean Deadlift + 2 Clean Pulls

D. AMRAP 7 –
– Hang Squat Cleans at 65% of today’s heaving single.
*Each time you drop the barbell you must perform 5 Wall Balls and 10 bar jumps
