– 3 Minutes Max Effort Squat Snatch (95/65)

WOD:
A. Air Force – For Time: 
– 20 Thrusters (95/65)
– 20 Sumo Deadlift
– 20 Push Press
– 20 OHS
– 20 Front Squats
* Start each minute with 4 burpees

B.
– 5 Minutes Max Effort Row for Calories
