Every 90 Seconds for 4.5 minutes:
– High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch @ 60%
Every 90 Seconds for 4.5 minutes:
– Hang Snatch + Snatch @ 70%
Every 90 Seconds for 4.5 minutes:
– Snatch High Pull + Snatch @ 80%

B. AMRAP 15 minutes:
– 5 Power Snatch (70% BW)
– 10 Slam Balls (AHAP)
– 15 Wall Balls (20/14)
– 100m Run
