– 10 KBS
– 15 Push Ups

WOD:
A. 5 Min AMRAP
– 4 Power Cleans (185/130)
– 6 Box Jumps (30/24)
– 8 Sit ups

B. 4×2 min rounds with 2 min rest in between:
– 250m row then ME Air Squats
